We understand that sometimes something may not be quite right, and we're happy to help!

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on eligible, unworn jewelry purchased directly from our website within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds:  Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment once the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

Exchanges:  Need something different?  We're happy to assist with an exchange subject to product availability.

Return shipping:  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless item received as incorrect or defective.
