Refund policy

We have a 10-day exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request an exchange

To be eligible for an exchange your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, please email at morganandmedesigns@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, the customer will pay for return shipping and we will replace the merchandise with equal or greater value with customer paying the difference. We will ship out the new merchandise with complimentary shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt of merchandise and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
